YOUR WEEKEND, TAKEN CARE OF.

You don’t need to go far
to come back to yourself.

Retreats can ask a lot of you. Travel, planning, rearranging your life. This one starts where you are.

We give your weekend a gentle shape: simple meals, a little time outside, a few thoughtful prompts, and plenty of time deliberately left open.

You decide what to keep. Rest is always an option.

THREE DAYS. A DIFFERENT RHYTHM.

A little structure.
A lot of breathing room.

The schedule is an invitation.
You don’t have to do everything.

ONE SMALL REMINDER

This isn’t a challenge
to complete.
It’s time you’ve chosen

Sleep longer. Take the shorter path. Replace a walk with rest.
Nothing is ruined if your weekend looks different.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT WONDER

Make yourself
comfortable.

Do I need to join a group or be online?+

No. There are no mandatory calls, groups or live facilitators. Download the field guide and any available media beforehand. Texts are optional, and the entire weekend works offline.

What if I can’t go outside or want to rest?+

Choose an indoor itinerary, comfortable seated movement, a shorter walk, or rest. There is no required activity, exertion level, or completion target.

Do I need special food or equipment?+

A notebook, pen, envelope and ordinary groceries are enough. The guide includes plant-based swaps and prepared-food options. Check allergens and choose food that meets your needs.

Is someone checking on me?+

The optional guide is automated and does not monitor safety. Human product support can help with bookings and access within the published support hours. Keep important contacts, emergency communications and navigation available.

Can I try it before paying?+

Yes. This is a clearly labeled local preview: checkout is simulated, and no payment, text or email is sent.

What about my future-self letter?+

Write it on paper, seal it, and choose an opening date. Its contents stay private. You may separately choose an optional text reminder.
