The experience

A private, self-guided at-home weekend for adults 18 and older. It includes a downloadable personalized guide, itinerary, meal ideas, optional automated SMS and welcome/audio text alternatives. Live sales require the recorded media and published support arrangements. No live facilitator or group participation is required.

Your pace and safety

The schedule is optional. Choose routes and activities suitable for your ability, surroundings, weather and energy. Keep water, navigation and emergency tools available. Stop movement that hurts. Substitute indoor activity or rest freely. Check food allergens, storage instructions and your dietary needs. This experience provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, safety monitoring or guaranteed wellbeing outcome.
